QM action box authorization

Hi Gurus,

I'm building my authorization profiles, I need to give to authorization for the action box of the quality notifications, what authorization object or transaction should I search.

I gave the user transaction QST01 (for creating stability studies) but the action box was not complete, I got only the 1st 2 actions.

How can get the rest of the actions?

Hi Max,

Try to use Quality notification as object type. As per my knowledge, standard SAP has a status profile named QM_S_001 for stability study. You can check whether it suffices your requirement.

Thank you, we were having a similar problem (the authorization failures for this process are just not very helpful) and this solved it.

The role in question was, in our version, SAP_EP_LO_QM_QST00

Our design calls for "not using standard roles", but we simply copied that one.
