Downloading SAP Menu

I'm looking to download the SAP Menu. I've seen where to download the Favorites Menu, but not the SAP Menu. Is this possible?

Hi Stanley!

SAP Menu is realized as area menu. Take SE43 to display area menu S000 (or W10T for Retail, just use the F4-help for others).

Here are some functions available e.g. expand all, print and the spool can be downloaded as file - maybe you find a nicer way.

can you find the way to download the sap standard menu to local file (xls)?After we download them , can i expand them ,like in sap GUI?
