Host Server is running Windows Server 2003 R2
National Instruments is installed and I am trying to connect to it
The OPC_Enum Service has been started and set to automatic.
I installed the UDS 4.0 (UDS_Setup.exe) and then opened the console.
I mirrored the settings as to our DEV UDS.
The issue I have is when I click on the OPC Server and try to select "OPC DA3 - National Instruments Variable Engine OPC Server", there is nothing in the list. The local host does not supply with a list of options to select from and I get a DLL error.
Error: 0x800401f9
Error in the DLL
Does anyone know what this means?? And what would be the next logical step?
Do you have the OPC core components installed? Did you verify all of the dcom settings?
