Changing Paper Type for Sample Instruction and Inspection Instruction PRINT

Gurus,

I have a situation where standard SAP wants to print Size A4 paper to our local printers.

When I try to print automatically the Sample Drawing Instructions or the Inspection Instructions I always get an ERROR at the printer because it doesn't have A4 paper.

Can I change this in config somewhere? I just want to be able to print an Instruction and it go to the printer and print out on regular 8.5x11 paper.

Thanks so much,

-Bruce

I believe you have to change that in the SAPscript. You can get around this on some printers by changing the printer settings at the printer. Many printers have a setting where if A4 isn't available, it will automatically print on the available letter. You should check wiith who ever supports your printers to make this setting change. Or you can contact the printer manufacturer and they can probably tell you how to do it.
