Sales Order document flow not getting updated even after executing SDVBUK00

Dear Friends,

In the document flow Sales order is showing as Being Processed even after completion of all the subsequent documents (the qty in the order is completely delivered).

I have corrected the item category-completion rule as blank. The upldate doc.flow is already marked there in the order to delivery copy controls.

Now I have executed the program SDVBUK00.

As suggested I have run it in test mode first, then I removed the tick mark and executed again.

But still the order status is showing as being processed.

Pl suggest to correct it.

I suggested this for another poster and it may work for you also.

Use Z-code to change the status. See OSS notes 1177165 and 617501, the second one particularly because it has Document # in the selection criteria. They are meant to correct the Revenue Recognition status of sales documents and may be you can copy and adapt one of them to suit your situation. Or best ask SAP to provide one as they developed the program from note 1177165 based on customer request.

What status does order have in VA03?
