Error during NW04s installation - step 11

Hi,

I'm trying to install the NW04s on windows 2003 server with Rapid Installer DVD's. In step 11 (Install Database Web Tool Software), the installation stops and show the following error on logs:

ERROR 2006-06-29 18:25:27

FSL-06002 Error 1060 (The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

) in execution of a 'OpenService' function, line (266), with parameter (SAPDBWWW).

ERROR 2006-06-29 18:25:27

MOS-01205 Could not change the 'SAPDBWWW' service configuration on host 'Local'.

ERROR 2006-06-29 18:25:27

FCO-00011 The step SetWebToolServiceToAutomatic with step key |rapidinstaller|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Java_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|3|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|9|0|NW_CreateDB|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_ADA_DB|ind|ind|ind|ind|6|0|Sdb_WebToolSoftware_Dialogs|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|Sdb_WebToolSoftware|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|SetWebToolServiceToAutomatic was executed with status ERROR .

Someone has any idea about that? Please I need help quickly!!!

Hi,

Do u have any antivirus software. if u have then first disable it then try to install.also chek the user must have the administrator rights.

I haven't any antivirus software running and I have administrator rights.
