Hello,
These days, I get often this error message
>500 Internal Server Error
>Parent key 9211746 not found when adding child 9213270.
When trying to answer a question.
Am I alone to have this problem ?
Regards,
Olivier
Hi again,
Now I get a new error when just browsing the forums :
>500 Internal Server Error SAP J2EE Engine/7.00

> Parameters cannot be null.

This one:

Parameters cannot be null.
Details: No details available
I didn't see before.
The original one mentioned above:
500 Internal Server Error
Parent key 9211746 not found when adding child 9213270.
should be resolved and not come up anymore, Marilyn had escalated it and I saw a message that IT found the cause and fixed it.
Well all that said, if you get these error messages, it would be great to know how you navigated. I know it's more effort to write that down too, but it significantly helps to address the issue appropriately.
Hi,
I got a new SCN forum error today.
I had finished to read the threads which interested me in the Security forum and I got the following message
>500 Internal Server Error
> SAP J2EE Engine/7.00
>
>Parameters cannot be null.
>Details: No details available
when I pressed the "Mark All Threads as Read" link.

Olivier
Am I alone to have this problem ?
Though I know it's impolite, I will reply with another question: Am I the only one who associates the latest SDN experience with the feel of a combined go-live and user acceptance test ? And should this be some kind of [A/B test|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A/B_testing] I'd love to switch groups...
Cheers, harald

No, you're not alone. But be aware that your post is taken into account despite the error.
My personal record is 9 attempts:

Certainly not -
and it's interesting to see the number of double/triple posts of the same message that it is generating!
