Activating of changes Service Desk

Hi experts

Who ever faced such a problem?

I configure Partner Determination Procedure for Service Desk.

I make any changing into fields (delete/set access sequence, flag/unflag Block Determin. and etc) and click on the Save button. The Partner Determination Procedure is saved

The next step I create Support Message but the changes are not activated!

I found that the changes is activated after reboot SolMan!

I have tried to make also on other systems SolMan and the same result.(only reboot)

How to activate the changes without reboot SolMan?

Maybe there is some customizing to update the buffer?

Plz help!!!

Try to use transaction /$sync to reset all cache bufers

Hello,

I never heard about this.

Perhaps you could copy the partner determination procedure or whatever customizing you want to apply into a Z name and change the configuration of the transaction type to use that other new Z customizing.
