DMR at Inspection lot level

Hi friends,

I am using DMR at inspection lot for GR inspection (01) - for skipping 4 lots after one inpsection.

It is working properly , system is calculating sample size for one inspection lot to be inspected & giving zero sample size for next 4 lots.

But I am not getting system status SKIP for skipped lots , for all lots system status is CALC - sample size calculated.

Pl help.

although I am getting sample size as zero for lot to be skipped , system is putting received qty in Quality inspection for for all lots.

All MICs are not getting greyed out for lot to be skipped.

Please help.

When char are skipped they have status 4 "Skip" that is more imporatant

CALC & SKIP are not alternative to each other.

Now what you can do is in Layout check the "Skip" X is available for those lots.

Also in QA02--->under Skip level i"Blue" text appears as "This lot is not to be inspected"

If this is there then the lots is skipping & "SKIP" is working fine.

Actually SKIP status vanished after UD taken & forcefully closed lot.
