Service Desk Reporting

Hi,

When I ran Service Desk reporting I am not getting any data. Steps which I am following to run Service Desk Reporting .

1 T code: solution_manager

2. Click on Solution Reporting --> Service Desk

3. Executing Service Desk Reporting

4. In selection criteria I am selecting all components and executing the report

But I am not getting any data. Can any one please help me how to run this.

Do I need to configure anything to activate this service?

Hello Rajesh,

statement above is correct (be careful on selection made on Solution).

You can alse use transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR for report purposes

Hi,

Use the report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK. When you use Service Desk report through DSWP, you are actually calling this report. The only advantage of using this report or solar_eval--service desk is that you can select the solution. If you are calling through DSWP, select the required soltuion and proceed. All these links works same.

Hi,

I executed this report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK but nothing happened, it says "DATA NOT FOUND"

Any clue?

Dear Rajesh,

Here using DSWP(solution_manager) you have the restriction on the solution, So any ticket created using the solution is only captured under this.

Please use transaction solar_eval ->service desk for the general service desk reporting feature.
