How to unlock vial administrator account. And also how to changes the password VA.Please help

One thing you should make sure is after activating SAP* and changing the administrator password, you should again deactivate SAP* otherwise log on with any other user name is denied if it is kept active.

This user are maintain in R/3 side, so login to XI/R3 and unlock the user in transaction SU01.
