SAPMMC console is not opening up

Hi,

Not able to open SAP MMC console

oracleSIDlistener could not be started from services.msc due to time out error.

ps:System is up and running

Any help on this

I tired to do the kernel upgarde through JSPM ,it could not stop J2EE for the deployment

then not able to open the SAP MMC console ,and oracleSIDlistener could not be started due to a time out message in event viewer

Experts need your guidance

Will apprecate your help

Please open task manager and check for mmc.exe processes - kill them all.

Please check your event viewer for further information why the Oracle service could not be started.

Event viewer message : OracleSIDlistener could not be started due to a timeout message .

ps: system is acessable via URL but not able to open its MMC console

Need your help and guidace

Did you kill all the mmc.exe processes as I suggested?

killed all the mmc.exe but the result is same

not able to open MMC console still

I suggest you reboot your machine.

Hello,

Please upgrade to 710 MMC if you have 700 system.

note 1014480 SAP Management Console (SAP MC)

The System is already 710

Then try with SAPMMC 7.20 patch level 5
