Invoice not attached when sending by mail

Hi,

I have copied the MAIL output and when trying to send by the mail to customer

the invoice is not attached in PDF format.

Where can be the problem?

Please try to use medium "External Send". Also check the output program for logic if the pdf is being generated and being attached to the mail. For the PDF to generate the printer should be provided or the output program should have the print parameters in the logic.

For the PDF to generate a tif file need to be created first and then the PDF convertor converts this TIF to PDF format. To get the TIF file, you need to have some printer mentioned in the user profile or the output program.
