No license entries found in saplicense

Hi,

My temporary license expire and I delete it from the system... I request a new license from SAP and I install it in the transc. SLICENSE and the status is in green.. so its ok! The thing is that when I try to login with a normal user I receive the famous error: 'error in license check'

If I write saplicense -show the system present this:

smdadm> saplicense -show
saplicense: no license entries found

I need to resolve this ASAP... thanks a lot for your help!!

Read SAP Notes,

Note 1227762 - saplikey replaces saplicense as of Release 7.00

Dear Carlos

Can you give more detail on what you did exactly ?

You installed a new SAP system or did you perform a system copy of an existing SAP system ?

Did you request the license key from SAP service marketplace and install in through transaction slicense --> new license

Which SAP product/version are you running ?
