Hi,
I have one request!
My client wants to restrict and hide some Tab page for particular users.
Say VA02 change sales order we have so many tab pages at Header and Item levels. He want to hide some tab pages such as Shipping, Billing at Header or Item level for particular end users.
Is there any way that though the user is having access to VA02 or VA03 we have to hide the tab pages.
wtih regards
Amjathpasha
What is the business reason for this request?
The user access is generally managed by the use of authorization. If users don't have authorization to change certain data, they won't be able to do that, even if the corresponding tabs are visible.
If this is just a matter of preference, then I would urge your customer to reconsider. To my knowledge, this may be achieved only by means of modification. The customer should be aware of the consequences and cost (including future maintenance) involved.
