Dear All,
We have one ECC 6.0 system in our landscape with the below details:
1. Central Instance (Server1)
2. Application Server 1 (Server2)
3. Application Server2 (server2)
We have configured Load Balancing on this server. Therefore, all users are logged on to Application Server1. Below is the problem description:
1. When I execute SM21 and select System Log->Choose->Local System Log, I am able to get the system logs of the logged on
server successfully.
2. When I execute SM21 and select System Log->Choose->Remote System Log and select another instance name, I am able to get
the system logs of that instance successfully.
However, If I execute execute SM21 and select System Log->Choose->All Remote System Logs, I get the below message:
XXXXX no active RFC destination
XXXXX no active RFC destination
XXXXX no active RFC destination
I have checked in the system and above RFCs are available (Internal Connections) and connection test results are positive.
Can any one help me resolving this issue? If you need any more information, please do let me know.
Waiting for your kind responses.
Regards,
Faisal
Check parameters,
rslg/send_daemon/listen_port
rslg/collect_daemon/listen_port
rslg/collect_daemon/talk_port
rslg/send_daemon/talk_port
rslg/collect_daemon/host
They should be set on your DEFAULT.PFL to apply to all instances..

Juan,
Thanks for your reply. I have already gone through it. But I was wondering if I have to maintain these parameters in DEFAULT.PFL profile. Becaause I did not come across with any statement which says that I have to maintain these parameters in DEFAULT.PFL profile for viewing Remote systems' logs in SM21.
Could you help me understand this?
Regards,
Faisal
