Alert Generation Job is not wirking properly

Hi all,

I hope you are doing well.

Here goes my issue. When i schedule the Alert Generation Job(all with wildcard *), the job completed succesfully but brings no data to the Alert Monitor Tab neither the RAR Table VIRSA_CC_ALTCDLOG.

I monitor the process in R/3 and it's running well. Does anyone know what can i do o provide me a guide for dummies(really, i dont know what else to do!!!

Hello Isaac,

Try the instructions given in SAP Note 1015921. This is a collective note for all the problems related to alerts.

Hello Isaac,

Have you tried typing in a specific system ID (e.g. DEV, PRD)? Does it then work? What Support Pack level are you running?
