Testing a BLS while using SSO

Is there a way to test a BLS while using SSO to connect to SAP or other data connections. I want to make sure the BLS is working properly as it was in the DEV environment and I would like to know if the credentials past into the BLS via SSO is correct. Is there an easy way to do this?

In ECC you can use the transaction RSUSR200 to see the last time a user was logged in.

Thanks for the helpful answer. So it sounds like I will have to run my UI in order to test a BLS using SSO. I was kinda looking for a way to test this in the Workbench. I guess there may not be a simple way to do this. Thanks again.

The SSO cookie will get passed if you use an xacute query.
