credit memo

Hi Experts,

I was working on credit memo , when I created with t code vf01 , it displays item price only but header price shows zero. Infact item conditions are all showing up inactive with yellow cone icon, and in the net value it shows Zero. need your help to resolve this. I checked the pricing its loaded with all the condition types as well. Is there anything I have to do with copy controls?Kindly guide me.

Dear Kanna

Logically we can change the price in credit memo request but not in credit memo.

u can change the Pricing type "D" in copy controls according to ur requirment

what you said was right , But I want to see the price in Billing document G2 at both header and Item level. for this to happen what I have to maintain?

Hi,

Please check if user has entered Rejection Reason instead of Order Reason.

Dear Kanna;

We have a SAP standard documents thay you can take as parameter.

For Credit Memo process, please set up your scenario as bellow:

Order Type: DRB (reference original invoice via billing document)

---> here you should change manually the item price.

Billing Type: G2B

NF type: N3

Obs: have a look at copy control rules from these standard document.

I hope it can clarify the question.

Thanks for your response.

Its where I checked the copying controls and I see all are in right config. Pricing is loaded at Item level in billing document. But I dont see any condition types active in pricing procedure or at header level.

In this copy controls at Item level its been set as D for pricing and at Billing quantity its A.

should I make any changes ata header level copy controls, Please advice/ guide.

where else I have to check , can anyone please respond.
