Activate change pointers

I wanna active The idoc INTERNAL_ORDER for change pointers(bd21) to crete idocs. but when executing in the bd21 I get the following error message-see bellow-(how can I activate with this idoc or if not posible how can I can a master data idoc to activate the change pointer?).

Message type ZINTERNAL_ORDER2 cannot be sent with change pointers

Message no. B1157

Diagnosis

You attempted to send message tyoe ZINTERNAL_ORDER2. Unfortunately you cannot choose data for this message type using change pointers.

System response

The system does not carry out the action.

Procedure

If message type ZINTERNAL_ORDER2 is for master data, it can be sent directly. If it is for transaction data, the message tyoe is sent automatically via the transaction.

Change pointers are for master data only.

It is not for tranactional data idoc messaging.
