Open Alerts reappear after confirmation in Alert Inbox

Hi all,

has anyone else come accross the problem, that Alerts which I do confirm in the Alert Inbox keep reappearing?

I did a authorization trace. No problems there. I'm pretty clueless...

thanks for your advice. I installed the note, but the problem doesn't seem to be resolved entirely. Due to time issues I'm not able to pursue the issue any further, right now.
