Hello Raju,
With regard to the transaction executing status and the idocs hanging
in SM58. This is nearly always down to a resource issue in either the
sending or the receiving system.
Check SAP note 1051445 is implemented if applicable to your release.
Try also increasing the value for "max conn." for the used destination.
Usually in cases like this, the outbound IDocs remain in SM58 with
status "Transaction Executing"
on the sending system until they can be properly processed on the
receiving side. The status 03 means that the IDoc has been passed from
the ALE layer to the RFC layer on the sending side - it does not mean
that the IDoc have been sent from the sending side.
All we can really do here is recommend that you have the latest
available RFC software installed on both sending and receiving system
and that you have enough resources available on your receiving system
also.
