HI
i presumed so far DELETED limit PO need not to venture to the cockpit.
i thought REQUESTER has to recreate a new request.
so Is it standard that irrespective of ALL PO (limit or standard) should go to cockpit.
Muthu
Hi Muthu,
I can confirm for definite in the standard SRM system, if a limit PO is deleted (in SRM or R/3) the connected SC will not be sent back to the sourcing cockpit.
Report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 sets the sourcing flag that sends requirement back to the sourcing cockpit. The flag is set based on the quantity of the requirement. Since, for a limit item, the quantity is not relevant therefore upon deletion of limit PO, requirement is not resent to thesourcing cockpit.
For normal items they should go back to sourcing when the item or PO is deleted.
I hope this helps,
Lisa

HI Muthu ,
This is the standard Business process that when the PO is deleted the original request (shopping cart) is open like Purchase requisiton. And the action need to be taken at the request level either to cancel the shopping cart or order to different vendor.

Hello,
When limit PO is deleted, limit shopping cart does not go back to sourcing cockpit.
System does not handle with a limit as a quantity.
Note 1012124 is valid for non limit items.
Kind regards,
Ricardo
