Unable to Start SAP MMC

I am using SAP in an external hard disk and whn i am starting my SAP MMC sapserver0 is in green light and sapserver1 is in yellow light only i tired an hours

and whn i tried to logon with sap logon icon on server desktop error messg iam getting is

sapgui640

partner not reached (host sapserver, service sapdp01)

kindly please help me in this issue

Which DB you are using, check R3trans -d is working or not?

Also share dispatcher logs.

whn i tried to open sap mmc i am getting an poup window which consists of could not open libsapu16vc71.dll
