Legacy System Data Ticket Upload

Hi SOLMAN Experts,

I have requirement for uploading data ticket from legacy system.

Is it possible to upload using LSMW or SHDB for recording Tcode 'NOTIF_CREATE'?

I've tried to record using both tcode, but i'm having problem when recording the long text part.

The recorder couldn't catch the longtext part.

Are there any solution for my requirement?

You can use transaction LSMW plus some programming.

What details do you want? I can't give you any ABAP coding we did.

You can use transaction LSMW to create a batch input file including the old texts and long texts. You'll need an ABAPer to code a few pieces to read/put the longtexts (function module SAVE_TEXT) - or use BAPIs to create the support messages.

There's no straightfoward way to get your old messages into SolMan.
