maintenance optimizer config

Dear All,

I have to configure maintenance optimizer in solution manager 4 , my patch level is SP14 ,

a. which specific note or wiki I have to follow ?

b. for OSS connection , my solution manger is directly connected to internet , do I require saprouter also ?

Hello Sonal,

All the information you need is in the SPRO, each activity has some documentation you can follow. In SP14 it is just activating the Maintenance Optimizer BC-Set and executing the IMG activity 'configuration of extended functions' of Maintenance Optimizer. Please look for these IMG activities in the SPRO.

Just as an additional note, SP14 is too low for installation of EHP for ERP 6. Perhaps it would be worth it to consider to update to at least SP15.
