Problem in chaild system in CUA

Hi all,

I come across a typical problem. I created a user in CUA(solution manager) for the child system. The problem here is the users that are assigned to child system in CUA system are not getting reflected. I searched the forum and found few relevant solutions like using SCUL and clean the Idoc logs and creating number ranges same in both the systems. But these have not solved the issue. Can anyone guide me to go further and resolve the issue?

Thanks & Regards,

Srinivas B

Recheck your configuration. There could be issues in the configuration.

Was it working fine before . If it was working fine before , then the issue should be with the Idocs.

Goto Transaction sm58 in Solution Manager and check for failed Idocs.

If you find any , try to reexecute them . In most cases it should flow then.

If it does not , check the logs and let us know the logs .

Later , in the child system goto Transaction sm58 and check for the failed Idoc if any.

Re-execute the Idocs related to your work and check the entires in the child system if the users have been transfered.

Maybe also check TX: BD87 in the child system for failed IDocs.

Sometimes a user group is missing and the user fails to get created/updated, but the IDoc transfers fine, just fails to process.

Im sorry for the error .

I meant BD87 not sm58. Darryls right.. Jus follow the procedure which i told and use Transaction bd87 instead of sm58.

Appolgies for the ERROR !!!

You must be having problem transferring IDOCs.

Please check SM58 , tRFCs in CUA controller.

Check the reason for tRFC stuck. Resolve tRFC problem.
