Hi All,
I requrie solution for this:
When ever PO created in SAP one XML file will
be created (IDOC->FILE). This xml file will be picked by
another application and creates PO in their
Application. If the 3rd party application is not
able to pick the file from the specified path then,
contineous POs creating from SAP then the PO XML file
will be overwritten. How to avoid overwritten of PO XML
files.

the file receiver adapter,
try the option .. to create with date time stamp ... so that a new file is created each time. Or maybe you can even use the append function too.

Uncheck the OVER WRITE EXISTING FILE checkbox. Hope this helps.

In the Reciver File Adapter for Processing Parameters Mention <b>ADD TIME STAMP</b> so that every time a new file would be created..
