Dear Experts,
can you please help me understand, whether it is possible to add columns to the standard work overview screen for an approver, i.e. the screen where the approvers sees the information on those shopping carts that are to be approved by him.
Currently, we have three columns in the work overview area: "Subject", "Sent", and "Status". Is it possible to add such columns like "Account Assignment Category" here?

Do you use Portal UWL or Inbox via NetWeaver Business Client html or old ITS Inbox?
Inbox layout change is possible but how are you going to handle item level information like ACC in header level approval?

Unfortunately i am not able to tell whether we are using Portal UWL or Inbox via NetWeaver Business Client html or old ITS Inbox.
Can you please help me understand where i have to look in order to find that out?
Also, is my understanding correct that Inbox layout change would be theoretically possible only in case of the ussage of "ITS Inbox"?
