Activity not saving in EIC

Hi,

I am having a problem in EIC.I am giving all the fields in the Activity creation and when I am trying to save it then I am having an error for which the Activiy is not saving.

2 green buttons which says Activity was saved and It was not possible to save all objects succesfully and the red one at top which says

ERROR WHILE SAVING ACTIVITY.

Any help on this is really apprecaited.

Hi

Please assk the ABAPer to debug the code step by step and you wud understand where the error is been thrown.

Hi Ravee

In my experience this has been a authorization issue. Have someone with robust secuirty attempt to save the activity and you can narrow down the proper security from there.

We are on EHP3 and I dont think we have Authorizations for this enhancement pack?

Thanks Sandeep..But that is not the error which I am getting.I am able to open the HREIC t-code and give all the relevant data only when saving the activity i have the error comming up.

Hi Swati,

Is it possible to debugg the code with the help of ABAPer. Ask the ABAPer to debugg the code. Probably they will be able to find out from where the error is coming.
