Hi Dev,

looks strange, but Please confirm the following.

1) Latest version of CCMS agents(SAPCCM4x) are used for your configuration.

2) The user used for executing the service has got enough authorizations.

also your sapccm4x log cleary says

Central ICT-based monitoring cache not configured in SMV on server sapsmvv. INFO: Pushing data into ICT-Cache disabled. INFO: Switch on ICT-Cache in SMV with profile parameter alert/cache/size_MB. Dev

So try activating this parameter : alert/cache/size_MB(CCMS Monitoring: size in MB of central cache for monitoring data) for the same.

Also would appreciate if the system type and the OS version are avialable to analyze this better.

HI jagan,

Thanks for your reply...

I have doen the configuration for more than 40 systems in this landscape but only for few systems this problem is occuring .

My CEN is EHP 7.0 and the problem is mainly occuring in prod systems of 620 and 640 rel.

The Os is solaris sparc

So i dont think the problem is realted with the CEN system.

We are using the latest agents and the user has all the required authorizations.

Please suggest.

Dev

Hi

SAPOSCOL is the one that is responsible for the file system monitoring . Check the below threads and update your SAPOSCOL if needed . https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/docs/DOC-24721?treeid=DOC-7550 .
