Auto release of process order not happening

Hi,

When we release process order by converting planned order through setting conversion indicator in RRP3. Though we have configured auto release in ECC orderis in created status. Also status RELR(release rejected) is appearing. when I go and manually release it it it getting released.

We checked following things.

Application log in SCM-/SAPAPO/C3-No logs

Application logs in ecc-CFG1-No logs

Cor2- logs for order release- no release logs.

It is not happening all the orders it is happening only for few cases. Any clue?

hi Santosh ,

Please check the if the master data in R/3 and APO is consitent-the PPM of the APO PPDS planned orders(avl for conversion) has the same production version(valid BOM routing etc) as available in R/3.

Hi,

Please check the Production scheduling profile assigned to the material master in the Work scheduling view whether

on order creation release should happen check box is enabled or not.

Yes it is there. System has tried autimatic release thats why status is coming as RELR-Release rejected.
