Hi,
Country Key is not available in OBD2 transaction.
This was maintained in Standard SAP as Required entry and with out which the customer master cant be saved
Based on the country key, many other data like Tax jurisdiction code, Taxes, VAT ID will be determined for that customer during processing of the transaction
Hence you cant make it to option.
Hope it clarifies
thanks,

Hi,
I think By OBD2 and OB20 it is not possible.
I hope it is a hard coded control in the standard itself
You cannot create Customer Customer code without Country key.
This is mandatory in SAP standard & you cannot change it. Because without Country key many determinations (like Tax, export data) cannot be determined & Customer Master Record is of no use.
Thus you will have to enter Country key while creating a Customers.

Hi,
Create Customer Account Group - T.Code 'OBD2'
Menu Path:
SPRO > IMG > Financial Accounting > Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable > Customer Accounts > Master Data > Preparations for Creating Customers Master Data > Define Account Groups with Screen Layout
and mantain the field country key as optional or required and it will be done for the respective account group.
Hope this will help you!!
