PIDIRUSER getting locked repeatedly

Hi Experts,

PIDIRUSER (PI 7.1 EHP1) is getting locked repeatedly. I have checked for the reason in SUIM. It says User Locked due to incorrect logins. Tcode KRNL. Is there any where like RFC or any setting where we use this user?

How many SLD do you have in your landscape? Does this PI system point to some SLD which is connected to other PI system as well?

Hi,

Both Quality and Development systems use same SLD. This problem started coming after connecting QA system with Dev SLD.

Do you have the same password for PIDIRUSER on both the PI systems(DEV and QA)?

Check the SAP Note 720717: Reduce the number of System Landscape Directories (SLD).

I believe some of the steps are missed while configuring SLD for QA PI.

Have you tried to reset the password in exchange profile?
