RAR background job failed after SP10 upgrade

Recently we have upgraded our GRC AC 5.3 from SP4 to SP10.

We have some weekly background jobs run every weekend.

One such background job was set as below:

Task: Risk Analysis - Batch

Name: RARCritical Action And Role/Profile Analysis

Field Name Field Value

CRIT_ANL Y

BATCH_MODE INC

I have noticed that above job has stopped running after the SP upgrade.

It last ran successfully on 24th may,2010 - the day SP upgrade completed.

And the next run date is showing 31 May,2010.

I can not see the job log as the "View log" button is inactive.

Can you tell me the reason and solution for it ASAP.

Other weekly jobs are running fine.

Hi,

It is difficult to answer without knowing the error.

You could enable 'View log' by changing config, Miscellaneous -> Default Logger Parameter set -> set this parameter to "Java logger", and restart J2ee. Then run the background job again to see the error log.

Also,follow the recommended instructions as per Note 1034117 that explains best way to run the Management reports(background job).
