Error Msg while integration -Customizing for CUA distribution incorrect.

I was creating the testing environment in FSD ( Development system) and wanted to integrate users in the org structure.

While integrating the new users in organization unit - getting an error message -

1) Customizing for CUA distribution incorrect.

Please advice. Since It was working perfectly fine before I asked the basis team to create a two new users and assign the roles to them.

Initially I thought it is the error coming for newly generated users but this is not the case.

This error message along with the below now is coming for all the existing user too.

2) Error during creation of user : TESTAPPROVER. User not created or error(s) occured during user creation.

"Central person' alreday exist for user Testapprover.

Please advice and let us know the steps need to follow to correct it.

Hi All,

Basis team has solved the problem.

The password maintained for CUA user in SM59 was incorrect so they have changed it to the correct one.

But the second error message is still coming that -

Error during creation of user: TESTAPP2

User not created or error(s) occurred during user creation.

"Central person" already exists for user TESTAPP2

( E BBPU_MESSAGES 042 )

Please advice.
