Transportation Zone in customer Master.

Hi Gurus.

I have configured Transportation. ie. Route Determination.

I want to enter Transportation Zone in Customer master(KNA1-LZONE) in Shipping tab

that field is coming grey out. how to make it editable?

T-code: OVT0

Select your account group

Go To Details

1. In Field Status area double cliek Sales data -- Shipping

Presently it might be in DISPLAY, change it to Optional or mandatory as per your requirment

2. You can update Transportaion Zone in the Genaral data-->Address Tab.

Hi Amol,

Transportation Zone in Customer master will be available in Address Tab of General Data Section.

In Shipping tab it will be in Grey mode only.

If u want to do any changes, do it in OBD2 for that particulat A/c grp.

Hi,

Go to customer master XD02 and under the "General Data" go to Address tab and there you can see Transportation zone. Maintain the transportation zone and click on the save button.

Hi,

Check in OBD2 whether the field is in Display mode for that account group

Set this as Optional mode and try to enter the field

Hi Amol,

The trasportation zone field is copied in shipping tab from the general data - address--Transportation zone field.

So maintain the same in general data and automatically it will be copied in shipping tab.

Dear Amol,

You can update Transportaion Zone in the Genaral data-->Address Tab.

You Can't update Transportation Zone in the shipping tab it will be always in gray mode.
