System status INCM is active in po

hi all...

while i am order the PO...the follwing message is displayed 'System status INCM is active(Purchase order XXXXXXX)'

how to rectifiy this error...

it is standalone scenerio,

there is no log in the slg1 and RZ20...

what is the status in BBP_PD paste the status here

(1) Are Buyers turn sc to PO

(2) Are sc has valid source of supply and eroring out when PO is created.
