In bound delivery spliting

Hello all,

We are not using Inbound delivery split functionality either for Delivery type or Warehouse. Still for only one material Inbound delivery is getting split up. Do you have any idea why it is happening?

Hi,

Please provide more information about your scenario.

Scenario 1:

You are creating inbound delivery for one PO, which has several item. Two inbound deliveries are creatd. One of the PO item is splitted in to the other delivery.

Scenario 2:

You want to combine several POs into one inbound delivery. However, one of PO is not combined and splitted into another delivery.

Which is your scenario? 1 or 2?

Generally, delivery split is caused by different fields LIKP or VBPA table.

Please check:

- Compare the LIKP table of the two deliveries. Is there any field different?

- Compare VBPA table. (especiall address field. VBPA-ADRNR) Is there any feild different?

Hi Harry,

We are creating In bound delivery for the three parts having diffrent scheduling agreement( One scheduling agreement- one part) and for this scenario IBD is getting split up for first part only, means two IBD'S are getting created.

What would be the cause for this.

Check the delivery dates Route and partner functions, shipping point and shipping coditions are same in bothe inbound delivery.There could be some field different in deliveries.

As I said before, please compare LIKP and VBPA table for these two deliveries. Is there any difference?

Especially VBPA-ADRNR.
