Credit Memo Cancelation error

Dear SAP Team,

I am trying to cancell rebate credit memo through VF11, i got error " 0063002381 000000 Entries are missing in table TPAER for partner group".Kindly suggest.

Entries are missing in table TPAER

This relates to partner determination procedure in IMG and since you were trying to cancel a credit memo, you have to thorughly check the partner determination for billing.

The path is IMG =>Sales and Distribution => Basic functions => Partner Determination =>Set Up Partner Determination =>Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Header and similarly check for item level.

Hi,

Go to Transaction VOPA

- Check what Partner det procedure you are using for your billing type (header as well as item)

-Check your delivery and sales order and note down all the partner functions

-Now go back and check is all these partner functions have been included in the procedured assigned for billing.

I think you are missing some partner functions and partner procedire assignments

Also go the below thread it will resolve your issue.
