If not wrong, these links appear by default and cannot be removed......lets see if there is a solution to remove the links.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply.

I could see in component monitoring, Integration Engine as red. Also, CCMS status as red under STATUS tab of integration engine.

Is that the problem or does this signifies anything?

Please guide

Thanks so much

Hi Nidhi

As far as I am aware, these URL links in the alert email are hardcoded. So it is not possible to change them or remove them.

I think the question here is, why the HTTPS link is not working in your case.

Can you confirm that the XI Components are registered correctly in the SLD. Check in the RWB -> Component Monitoring. See note #817920 XI Readiness Check (Readiness_Check_Version4.pdf, section 1.11) for what this should look like.

Also, apply note #768456 Troubleshooting Runtime Workbench - ensure all these parameters are correct.

Hi Abhishek,

I have checked the link and get it verified from the standard links of message monitoring.

Do you have any idea, from where these links in PI are coming?I mean how are they getting generated?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Mark,

This note is for PI 7.1 user I guess.

But,I am using XI 7.0.Do you have any idea how can we rectify the Message monitoring URL in this case?

Thanks for your help

Hello Nidhi

This could be caused by a bug, which is fixed in note #1421431 Message Monitoring Link in Alert inbox. The URL in the link is incorrect. Check and apply the note if it is relevant to the system SP release etc.

Hi

You can try to supress alerts in Runtime Workbench --> Alert Configuration. By checking the check box called "Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule" you will supress messages belonging to this particular rule.

Hi Abhishek,

Thanks for the reply.Issue is I m not able to access the secured connection message monitoring link.I am getting "Invalid URL" error. So,the client has asked me to remove the secure connection link or make it working.

Do you have any idea, where can we check the authentication of the links??

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

I am getting "Invalid URL" error

Can you recheck your Link once and ensure that every details mentioned there are accurate.....if there is an error in the hostname then have a look at this note...may help: https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/906044
