How to delete / cancel successfull message with error in outbound site

Hi,

is that anybody has any experience how to delete successfull message with error in outbound site ?

i have tried these repot below but still couldn't successfull to cancel the message :

RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE -


> only successfull cancel message with schedule on outbound

RSXMB_CANCEL_NOT_REST_MESSAGES

RSXMB_CANCEL_NO_COMMIT_MSG

RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES.

Please advise is that any other report can be used to cancel successfull message but error in outbound.

So the archive and deletion job it can remove permanently the message from table.

I guess it is an idoc on the outbound side.

If so, can you please go to SM58 and delete the entry and try again?

Hi Jai,

Thank you for your help.

I have delete the entry in tRFC queue and execute report SXMS_REFRESH_ADAPTER_STATUS to udpate the status.

Finally, the xml message it can be deleted after the deletion job running.

Hello Fernand,

one possibility to delete messages with errors is to archive them (perhaps just write them to the file system of the PI). When you configure the message archiving you can set up when the archived messages will be deleted and so you delete these messages completley.
