infotypes not appearing while hiring action

Dear All,

We are using the symmetric lock for the many Infotypes (eg. 0001,0008,0014 etc.).

When we are using the Hiring action we are not getting the screen related to the locked infotypes.

As soon as we are enable the Infotypes authorization to the *, we can see the infotypes in Hiring action.

Please let me know the solution since we wanted to have those infotypes locked and has to be apperaed in the Hiring action.

Hi ,

Please put the trace on when you do the hiring action and attach the log

I think you have restricted the infotype in your roles either in P_origin or P_pernr

when you change to * you are getting full authorization.

Tracing the action and working based on the information you get will be a good idea.
