Dear Expert!
I' ve config my service on Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1. after I copy SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE Role with ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE Role, and I authorization full on ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE Role.And I assigned it for key user. So the key user can authorization to edit and process mesage of other key user. I don't want this, i hope key user only edit own message! Please show me about that.

Hi,
Either you use the work center or you may create variants from CRM_DNO_MONITOR to display only the 'My' messages. And assign this to a transaction. Provide only access to this transaction, not CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

What user interface are you using to enter and process messages?

The work center should offer the expected access restrictions.
