CPPR- Converted shopping cart do not appear in sourcing

Hi

We are using SRM7 SP3 & ECC EHP4

CPPR is well configured.

Through CPPR, we have transfered the PR to a central system (SRM).

The XML message shows no errors and also a shopping cart is created with RFC user in SRM system.

This could be verified in GUI.

However the same shopping cart do not appear in Sourcing cockpit.

The settings seems perfect.

Is it a bug? However I do not find any OSS on this.

Any one has faced similar issue? Your help is appreciated.

Check the sourcing indicator for your shopping cart item via transaction BBP_PD, table BBP_PDIGP, field SOURCE_REL_IND. If it is anything other than 'X', the item would not be in sourcing cockpit for sourcing.

We are facing some thing similar to your issue.

Can you guide us a bit.

In our situation we are able to transfer the PR to Central ystem.

The XML shows "Transfer to External System" STATUS.

Note: The Status does not show as "Processed Successfully".

When we go to Sourcing Cockpit, we do not find SC / PR.

Any idea, what could be the problem?

As mentioned in your message, we checked in BBP_PD with business object "BUS2121", there is no shopping cart created.

Does it mean that the PR is not transfered successfully?

Can you tell me how you did this...thru which screen you triggered CPPR?

Did you use portal or SAP GUI to transfer the PR to a central system?

Pls confirm.

moreover you can check monitor shopping cart transaction indeed sc was created or not. it might be error in process.
