How to cancel or return after UD has been made

Dear All,

I am unable to neither cancel the material document nor do a return delivery after UD has been made.

System is giving error deficit in quality stock.

I can't revert the UD.

When I try to put exact qty of material in quality stock in MB1B (mvt type 322), then system is not allowing me to do.

What is the solution for this.

First and the most important thing is you can not cancel the original doc after you have taken UD

so you have to implement SAP note-175842 for this.

If you only have to do Return delivery then after UD taken by changing stock from "QI" to Unrestricted " you can do it.

You can do MB1B -->322 only after you have activated 08 inspection type .But after this you can not do Return Delivery as its not document specific reversal

Hi,

Try to do the transaction through MIGO, here select movement type 102 instead of 101 and select Unrestricted instead of Quality inspection In Where tab of MIGO and post the document, It will get reverse from stock.

Return delivery( Return PO) can be done though MIGO. please change the stock type to " Unrestricted " in PO
