Hi,
I have configured the IDM 7.1 with SP04, I have ran the jobs like initial load, initial provisioning, update successfully.
I have integrated the IDM o protal and added to task to create a business role and created 2roles one for developer position and other for functional.
Now I have assign the technical role created for these positions.
when I select the role and chosse the task for change business role, and search for the available technical role, the application is returning no results, except the previleges for tabs like manage, to-do etc.
Please let me know how I can get the technical roles.
I am also not able to view the users in portal.
Hi,
if you do not see any technical roles / privileges for your repositories connected to IdM then this means that you
a) have not performed the initial load job(s) correctly at all
b) or loaded the data to another Identity Store that is not accessible by the UI.
