ALRTCATDEF transport request is not generating

Hi,

when i try to save ALERT in ALRTCATDEF, transport request is not generating. what could be the reason and how to resolve this pls suggest.

First try to check it in note:

If you are having a red light in Adapter Engine, you may want to check:

#662119 - CCMS Monitor 'Exchange Infrastructure' displays nothing

Hi

Do you have the transport mechanism like CTS+ already configured .I think if yes then you will get an option for transport request whenever an attempt to save alert category is done. You can use a exsisting request or create a new TR number.
