SRM7.0 Bid Transaction Type dropdown list doesn't work!Plz help

I inactived some of the transaction types of business object BUS2200(RFx).

I also created a customized transaction type.

But when i excute sourcing and choose a shopping cart to create Rfx,there is none type in the transaction type drop down list.

Could anybody can help me to solve the issue?

I solved my problem through the below way:

Create an entry in this view----->

SPRO --> SAP Supplier Relationship Management --> SRM Server --> Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Service Procurement --> Activate Service Procurement

There are a few potential reasons:

1) You have no active process type for BUS2200.

2) Your user does not have authorization to create RFx for the process types you have defined in customization.

3) Your user does not have attribute "TEND_TYPE" set up in PPOSA_BBP.
