IBASE not getting generated in to Ext ID SOL_MAN_DATA_REP

Hi All,

We are configuring ChaRM. Now the component in the IBASE 1 is having issues and then I am trying to generate new IBASE component thorough SPRO.

My problem is thet the IBASe not getting generated into the ext id SOL_MAN_DATA_REP rather its getting generated into Ext id EXTERNAL.

Has anyone faced this issue before. Any idea on possible issue.

I could able to resolve the issue with the help of SAP Note "1030498 - Maintenance Optimizer - IBase is not active. "
